People buried under debris in China

More than 18 thousand people are reportedly buried under debris in China following yesterday's earthquake. The death toll there stands at more than 12 thousand. Rescue workers are trying to reach victims who are trapped despite roads being blocked by rocks and mudslides. A Chinese government official says his country welcomes foreign donations, but they're not ready for outside relief workers because their transportation system can't handle any additional traffic.
